Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using NOMADS (web, dashboard or mobile apps) you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any guidelines we publish. If you do not agree, please delete the app and stop using the service.

2. Our Service

NOMADS offers travel planning, local discovery, messaging, events and tips curated by the community. Features may change while we are in beta; we may update, pause or remove functionality without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User Content and Conduct

You own the content you share but grant NOMADS a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display it inside the product. Do not post illegal, hateful, infringing or misleading content, and respect fellow travelers.

5. Payments and Premium Features

During the beta the service is free. Any future paid plans or in-app purchases will be clearly described and can be managed through your App Store or Play Store subscription settings.

6. Data & Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can exercise GDPR rights (access, portability, deletion) directly inside the app or by emailing dpo@nomads-app.com.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

NOMADS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
